Refund Policy for Self-Study Internet-Based Courses

At BB Financial Services, we value our students’ satisfaction with our self-guided courses. We understand that sometimes, the course may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have a fair refund policy in place.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Students are eligible to request a full refund of their purchase, excluding taxes and shipping (if applicable), within seven (7) days of the purchase date if unsatisfied with the online course material. To qualify for a refund, the request must be made in writing and sent to support@bbfinancialservice.com.

  1. Store Credit

If a refund request is made after seven (7) days but no more than 30 days from the purchase date, with 0% coursework completed, a store credit will be issued.

  1. Textbook Returns

If a textbook was purchased along with the internet-based course, a refund will only be issued once we receive the original textbook(s) in a re-sellable condition. If the textbook is not shipped back, only a partial credit will be refunded.

  1. Refund Request Denial

Any refund requests outside of the specified policy guidelines will be denied.
